Perma Rite 15 is a water-based full-head soft bonding adhesive designed to provide a longer hold while being comfortable on the scalp. The clean-up is much easier since most of Perma Rite 15 remains on the scalp when the hair system is removed. Its formula is latex-free and hypo allergenic.
