Returns & exchanges - liquid products

You may return liquid products at any time up until the 30th day after you received the product on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective).

Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number. You must assume the costs and risks of product returns, unless NovEra International failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective. In such case, NovEra International assumes the costs related to transportation, provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.

 

Returns & exchanges – synthetic Wigs

NovEra International will not accept returns or exchanges for Envy, Henry Margu and Syntress synthetic wig purchases. In the event of returns or exchanges related to factory defects, please advise NovEra International within 30 days of purchase by telephone, upon which we will authorize the return of the defective wig. We require that the invoice number, original packaging and tag be returned with the defective wig.

 

Our guarantee

All NovEra International hair products carry a money back guarantee, provided that hair is not cut, styled or worn.

All daily wear grafts are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

All extended wear grafts, such as lace, lace front, thin Pu bases, including wigs (as Omnilite, Omnilace and Permagraft, Tourmaline, etc.) or any hair system, graft, wig or integration for perimeter or permanent attachment are not guaranteed against hair fallout. Any and all repair work performed by NovEra International is not guaranteed because of the variables involved.

Due to the variety of grafts available from NovEra International and the complexity of determining the hair loss or base deterioration, we assure you NovEra International will always be fair in evaluating any product that does not meet with the high standards set by Ortech, On Rite and NovEra International.

When a warranty or guarantee is in question, please first talk to your NovEra International representative by phone to determine if your questions can be satisfied over the phone. Otherwise, simply return the system to NovEra International stating your concern and we will give you a prompt answer.
